Empyrion - Galactic Survival

Empyrion - Galactic Survival

Which system is Akua in?
Please help.
I am actually trying to find Pumpkins.
The only place one can get pumpkins is on Akua.
The documentation does not explain anything.
I really feel this game is broken.
Please help and change my perspective. Many Thanks :)

You can make pumpkin sprouts from any vegetables in a food processor.

You can buy pumpkin sprouts at greenhouses / farms / trading stations.

Absolutely. But, I am looking to pick pumpkins and do not wish to visit a trading station. The documentation says they are on Akua. The documentation does not say which system Akua is in.

I simply need to know this information so I can go and pick them. Thanks.

You no longer need specific plant items. All plant items now give generic vegetable/fruit/etc. You don't need specifically pumpkins, and they do not grow wild.

The documentation is out of date.

Thank you very much for clarifying the above.

Other than pumpkins what gives fruit, and which planet can I pick from and what system is that planet in. Thanks a lot for your help :)

It's specific BIOMES that you need to find for specific plants and resources, and the same resource, for example "vegetables", might be present in more than one biome but take entirely different forms in each. Some biomes may be specific to certain types of planets, but others can be found on several different types: swamp planets obviously have Swamp biomes, but so too do ocean and temperate planets. In a certain arid- or savannah-type biome whose name I can't recall, vegetables take the form of an egg-shaped object sticking out of the ground. I know it takes other forms in other biomes, but my memory for detail is flawed.

This is fantastic information. It would be fabby if you could provide a link to the documentation which is more specific to allow me to find what I am looking for instead of stabbing around in the dark. Many Thanks.

Other than maybe patch notes none of the info you'll find is very current. Stuff changes so much people tend to give up trying to keep it up to date. Asking here is really the best source you have.

Don't think there is any yet! I know these things by playing the game and observing. You may die a lot before some of what you've observed starts to make sense. It's a survival game!

If you're playing the default survival mode, your solar system and planets are randomized.

In general, temperate planets will have more plants than say, desert planets. But you'll need to explore to find them. :D

Wow, I have not been to Akua since ver 7.x. It still exists?

In the Default Akua-Omicron scenario, yes.

In the Default Akua-Omicron scenario, yes.
Does it never appear as one of the randomly named temperate planets in default Survival?

Not that I've seen.
