There was a lot more water on the small planet.
I want to explore this when it's time for a new game.
Off my own topic somewhat, I'm impressed by the variety of forms I see now. Just minutes ago I came across a deep winding chasm, of the sort you might see in a ship or aircraft chase scene. The biome transitions are quite unexpected now; I saw a tiny beach biome barely big enough to fit an SV tucked away down in a deep depression in a mountain range.
There was one particular mountain range on the large planet which I was able to find on Medium and small planets. It was in pretty much the same spot for each planet size. On all planets it was almost completely verticle on one side. The number of peaks, spacing of those peaks, and overall size of that particular range was different though.

As a player starting each game, I felt like the planets were a lot "different".
I'm going to see if I can line up the global maps better, I think they are taken from different areas.
Gave you got that yaml file? I probably won't actually use it directly, but instead as a reference for a working one (it's so easy to break a yaml file).
