How to change gamemode in scenarios?

I created a single player world with the Project Eden scenario, for exploration.
SO I do not want to farm and grind, I just want to spawn my vessels and have fun with missions, but A: The game doesnt let me do the things of creative mode and B: It won't let me spawn my vessels because of forbidden blocks

2 console commands will help you
Itemmenu will let you use the H menu
Spawnanyblueprint will allow what it says

If you hit ` the key under escape (atleast on US KB) that opens the console. Type Help. Now you can do as Jdaremo suggested or turn the game into Creative mode with the command. Recommend you just use the 2 commands he suggested.
