Spawn it into a creative game (as Deathlord suggests) and trash the docking pads then fit new HV ones and resave (overwrite) the BP.
remove them all and see if its good, then maybe even trash the old ones and spawn new ones that have all the new code to replace them
Make a single player game in creative mode. No blueprint restrictions, so you can spawn what you want at any time. Then after spawning the BP, open the console, then type "pi name of blueprint" without the quotes. This will tell you exactly what is wrong. No more guessing and no more whining on the forums without researching.
To make it even easier, I am including a screenshot.

if the BP name got space in between words it will not work , use quotes at BP name ( pi 'bp name' ) , the BP name should be exact as in the BP library
Dude, my response in this thread is two years old. Please let it die.
The command does nothing. Tried every blueprint. Just returns info about the command, same as your pic.
Open a creative game and load the blueprint in it. Save this Blueprint with ALT GR+O (letter O, not the number zero), gave this a name and spawn your saved Blueprint again. Type DI in console to see what ID the bluebrint have. Then you have to use the prefabinfo command.
