Easiest way to get Medicine?

What kind of "medicine" are you looking for? None of it is "easy" to get. But for most things there are natural remedies that work just as well without all of the rare ingredients that can be very difficult to find.

Build some tools/weapons. Sell to trader (find out what items they want first). Buy medicine and components needed to make medicine. Also raid POI.

Sponge off of the admin building. Well, that's what I do and that's rare.

Medicine really isn't a survival issue.

It's a lot cheaper to just buy the finished product. The componets cost more than the buying the finished med kit.

It's a lot cheaper to ignore these medicines altogether and just use natural remedies that do the exact same thing as the redundant manufactured medicines.
