xeno substrate
what is this and where can i find it or make it.

you cant mine or craft xeno substrate. its from enemy POI. Greenish blocks. When you salvage them they turn into xeno substrate and then you can make blocks from it in your constructor. So as far as I am aware its only lootable from enemy POI. Most noteably the Abandoned Mine has around 2000 blocks

Its good for crafting cv;s, although its not blueprint friendly. Its really lightweight, yet has a very good hp/armor rating.

It's an ingredient in Xeno Steel, which has an excellent strength-to-weight ratio BUT which is a forbidden block in blueprints. Its only crafting use is to make one-off ships - useless for bases - that can't be blueprinted.
