That said, you CAN use the Copy & Paste from one blueprint to another.
its like : the block will lock the ship movement. technically a 2 ship who looks like 1 ship.

But they were CV modules.
Theres a way to cut and paste in creative where it may allow for modules to be connected but lining them up perfect will be very tricky, not sure how the other guy did it.
so i can override ship block limit.
(main ship control the thruster. everthig else follow main ship.)

I think you mean this... its the same thing I thought when I clicked. There's actually a handful of builds that involve multiple vessels as part of a whole. I tend to call them fusion vessels.
To OP, as stated there are merge techniques as to literally merging multiple pieces into one permanently... if that's what you mean. It only works for bases but I've heard of ways to get around that. Just Google it and do some reading.
Edit: have you looked into importing 3d models? I think you can get bigger vessels in that way... there are threads on it.
