promethium?

Am I doing somthing wrong? I can't find any promethium, and as you know, no promethium no energy. The scanner is finding iron, copper, silicon, but no promethium.

some areas will have the promethium rocks, they will glow. The main place you will find ore deposits and ore rocks of them are in alient forest biomes which are usually radiated.

also there's Promethium Meteors regularly falling on the starter worlds.

You need promethium for drill and multitool charges, but otherwise chop down a bunch of trees, make a few mobile constructors, and churn out biofuel. You can fuel ships and bases with biofuel. If you really want fuel packs, fill whatever tank you have with bulk amounts of biofuel and then use the withdraw fuel box to get the energy back as fuel packs.

promethium was a roadblock for me, i can usually find a node in the irradiated areas, but no matter how far you dig down there is no ore despite the floating text point saying (542 ore).

Maybe you need an upgraded drill to harvest it, however that would be a problem LOL.

You are also supposed to be able to find resources in space but i flew around for 40 minutes and found nothing, whereas in previous builds in that amount of time you were bound to stumble across at least something.

Just make a crap tom of bio-fuel. When you no longer need it thats when you find it.

Promethium, Eres, Zasc, and Gold need a Scanner so you can see the little balls of ore. Unless you cheat and god mode underground. then you'll see them all . . . LOL

Yup, that's when I found some for me the first time in exp v8

yeah, but you can still disassemble wrecks, etc with the survival tool. It just takes a little longer

You can see radiated biome on the map
As soon as you have your HV with level 3 just drive their and get 10+ Cobalt and Prometium
(Both are there as Surface rocks)
