btw there is a own forums section for Experimental versions
but i also have a 'ghost' ore node with a new start, mine is promethium on the starter planet and is still there - i have a huge cavern with the "100%" ore tag floating in mid air :D
if your too far along or if you did start new already you could just ignore that 1 node and find another
I did see this - Please start a new save game in EXP 4 since we changed the naming of some yaml parameters (you can load old save games but the terrain might have changed)- I just started an old save progressed a few minutes than made a new save as I assumed they meant that and not a full restart as usually they are specific if a complete new start is required.

Important:

If your computewr is randomly shutting down that is a problem with your computer, not the game. Your powersupply is starting to fail most likely. No game can cause that to happen.
I love how people with faulty computers always come into game forums and claim that "lots of people" are having the same issue.
This has nothing to do with pcs shutting down
