I assume you mean the survival constructor?
The survival constructor is only meant to make the most basic stuff/essential things to get you started. You need to build a better constructor first.

No, no, I'm talking about the advanced manufacturer.
a priori, it would only be available online on a server.
I have the cubes but not the plates.

Technological tree to the maximum.
It's frustrating, especially since it takes 5 plates to make a large block of armored steel.
Is this a bug?
Should we transfer the subject in the bug section?

Its good. it must have been a bug. the advanced POI builder did not propel it. but they've been there since I built the advanced builder on my base. thanks for your help

When you dismantle POIs (as we call them instead of Points Of Interest), if you want components that you can re-use to make other blocks and devices then always make sure that you use the Deconstruct function of your Multitool. If you use the Disassemble function - WHICH IS THE DEFAULT UNLESS YOU CHANGE IT - then even with Public structures you will always get some whole blocks and devices; with structures that you own, Disassemble will always return whole blocks.

TIP 1: Always try to make Public structures Private ones that you own before dismantling them, if you can. If you don't own the structure, you lose some of the materials that you would otherwise receive back if you did own it.

TIP 2: You can recover components from those unwanted whole blocks by building them onto a structure you own and then using the Deconstruct function to break them down. Some of us have suggested that this should also be a secondary purpose of the Furnace (throw in blocks to "melt down" and get back components or ingots), but so far that suggestion has not been implemented.
