Next, ensure you are not building "walls" out of devices, such as O2 tanks. These are not airtight either. And lastly, while cave walls look pretty solid, air passes through them like water through a sponge. Wall it off with glass if you like seeing it but want a climate controlled environment. :)
Helpful to remember that any block that is airtight, is airtight no matter it's shape. Any construction block (concrete, steel) is airtight even if it is just a post or wedge in the corner. You can make a round porthole out of four of the radius blocks, and walk, or even fly a small SV through it, but because they are a solid wall of 'blocks' they are considered airtight.
Also, when troubleshooting a leaky base or ship, it helps to wall it off in the middle and add a second ventilator to isolate the problem to one side or the other. You can keep walling off room by room or area by area until you find the trouble spot, or if nothing is getting air, you probably have an issue with your ventilators themselves.
