Cant place water generater
It just says "place in water" but it won't let me place it anywhere. Shallow water... deep water... nothing works. The O2 generater said the same thing and it was placed fine but the water generater doesn't work anywhere.

What are the rules?

They follow the same rules, perhaps a bug.

Restart server/game and it should work. Had this happen to me awhile back, dunno what triggers the bug but a game restart seems to fix it.

You know that's sometimes caused by leaving "Connect to Base" Enabled at a range :p

Technically Terrain Placeables SHOULD ignore that - but instead it seems like some of them just go with what they're told however erroronous it may be.
