Check doors and windows. I don't think armored doors or normal windows are air tight. Also there is a max room size for air.

Armored doors are airtight. However! When looking through your options selecting a block shape, ensure it does not say "Airtight=False"

Some of the door models say this. Usually ones primarily transparent and made of glass.

All windows are airtight. Some of the devices, such as an O2 station, are NOT airtight.

I loaked a large prefab CV, and when I look with the airtight filter on, the doors and windows have these "02" boxes. This means air leaks, right? What do I have to do, replace the doors and windows? With what?

I think I have converted a total of 4 of my blueprints from the old game to Alpha 6 (3 CVs and 1 SV) and they all had leaks that had to be fixed. It takes a little patience. Here are some tips:

Press N and check the two boxes related to O2. The green blocks indicate the block is airtight. Blue diamonds indicate where there is O2. If you only have blue diamonds around the ventilator and no where else, then you have a leak. Go to the console and go into godmode. Fly around and look for blocks that do NOT have a green block. Transparent doors, corner wedge shapes, elevator blocks and shutter doors were what I usually found to be the problem.

When I first started doing this, I even had to build a solid wall inside the CV in a few places to deduce which side of the CV had the issue.

Other important things to know...the CV will not fill with O2 if there is not enough air in the tanks to fill the interior. Go to the statistics tab on your control panel - it will state how many units of air it will take to fill the space and what is in the tanks. If you have a large CV and it says it will take 2 or 6 units to fill your vehicle, it is really saying you still have a leak. My CVs needed between 1000 - 3000 units to fill depending on their size. A very small SV on the other hand may only need a couple.

One more thing. A door block will be airtight in all directions, so some funny things can happen. I had an open hallway that was blocked because a door into an adjacent bathroom was in the hallway space. So even though you could walk down the hallway past the door, air was not. The answer to this was to put a airtight=false door in that spot...so now I have a transparent door into a bathroom...kinda pervy, but that allowed the air to continue to flow down the hallway.
