Can't progress in Milkman Conspiracy

So on the Milkman Conspiracy level I picked up the stop sign, and like a distracted person I naturally fell off the level, but when I respawned the stop sign was gone and I can't get it back? Is there any way I can progress without reloading a (very old) save?

Where do I find the damn plunger so I can get inside the sewers? I've been up and down the street checking the houses like 4 or 5 times!

its in the building at the end where you have to get the guy to come out then use clarvoience (or however you spell it) on the guy to see the code then youll find it in that building

So the only way to get to the plunger is with the Cobweb duster? You actually NEED the duster to progress through the game?

Yes! Get the dowsing rod to find buried arrowheads, they're worth a ton more than the usual ones, and you'll afford the cobweb duster in no time.
