Psychonauts on Steamdeck is playable

Hello fellow Steamdeckers,
as commonly known Psychonauts dont run well on the Steamdeck. At least for me the following steps made it possible to Play on the Deck.
1. Go to settings and force compatibility mode.
2. Chose Proton Experimental
3. Run the Game.
4. Go to the Game settings (use the mousepad for this)
5. Set the Controls to default.

At this Point the Game should accept the Steamdeck as XBox Controller. The UI still Shows Keyboard Buttons but the Game is playable.

Не рабочая схема. В главном меню зависает игра, не работает ни одна кнопка.

I wonder if there's a mod or some way to port over the Xbox UI?

made a guide a while ago. valve removed it for no reason. it's been reuploaded so use that.
