On my steam release calender it says that Sublight comes out on that day, what gives?

Q3 2026 ends on Sept 30th for Steam.

And as it says release date is Q3 2026, that is why.

Yep Calendar auto-rolls all Q3 releases without a specific date into Sept 30th.
There will be a formal announcement on dates shortly.
