Bug: Equipment Cooldown

The card that reduces your equipment cool downs by 1 second do not work. I had 16 seconds off and Dash and heal were still on 16 and 30 second cooldowns.

Maybe related, the rate of fire for intercepters show an upgrade on the shops tooltip ( it said 2 or 3 )

Which was better than mine which had 1.
But after buying, it's the same stats as I had, it says 1.

Not sure if it's a tooltip bug, where it was an upgrade -- or if it's the same carrier damage
