how many people can play hot lava?

Every person that owns a pc can play it. There is no restrictions on how many people can buy and play the game.












:steamhappy: Ok seriously though, i'm not sure. I think it's around 8-10 people in a server. Though I may be wrong. I see others all the time while playing.
Also like to add, this game is the next big thing. It's very hard to put down. Haven't had this much fun in a game in a long time.

Current lobby size is 8, but the devs might play around with that number a bit to see if higher numbers could work well

I'd love a mode where we can have races with say 5 to 8 players. And bumping was allowed. Could be hilarious fun.
