Einfach woanders suchen oder tiefer reingraben und dann dort nach unten bohren.

Exactly. There is no ore where OP is searching.

Are the ores still bound to the previous biomes? Boreal used to be for copper and in my world I didn't find any copper ores. The world generated very small pieces of biome (10x10 or so each patch).

Or....the drill doesn't go deep enough. Since the Boreal is mostly a lot higher allocated...
