Can't get it through the Google Play Store; "This app isn't available for your device because it was made for an older version of Android." Why put the game on sale if it's no longer playable?

Was really excited to play and hyped this game up to friends. However, all 3 of my friends to play with own iphones and they can't find the app in the store and when they try to use a link from a website it says not available in our country of USA. Is there any way to play or get this back on there?...

Hello, trying to play with some friends, but when they find it on the appstore it says the above. When downloading from a separate mirror store, it won't allow the download as "you may not have purchased this app". Does anyone have a solution to this?
