Game world looks empty . Please add NPC's , cars , boats , and planes to add flavor . Another thing . Please add the ability to paint graffiti on the walls to make rough neighborhood .

Looks like it could be using the particle rendering systems you developed for your other games. I don't like city builders so it's not for me, but a lot of people do so I wish you well with the project
