It’s been a great journey so far, and I thank you all for your unwavering support.

The game will remain in Early Access for the coming months, leading into summer. This gives me time to:

·         Catch and fix any pesky bugs;

·         Add further Steam integration;

·         Continue balancing and polishing the game.

Fixed a visual issue with the payload.

Changed the background of the kitty icon in the game.

Tooltip improvement. Changed background and added time remaining progress bar.

Fixed a small text mistake in the tutorial level.

New card Explosive Dash. After dashing, generate a small explosion.

New Ability VacuuMeow. Gather all the resources in front of you.

New Ability Meowtiplier. Targeted enemies take scaling bonus damage based on the current combat meter value.

Meow everyone! Cookie and I have been working tirelessly over the winter break to bring you some delicious treats! As always, your feedback is of immense value and this update should fix and fulfill most of the issues and wishes you shared with us over the past few weeks.

Also a quick update about the progress of the game. I completed the final level of the game. I am now extensively playtesting it. So the next update should be a major game content update that introduces the final level. 

Game optimization. Further worked on optimizing the game, from remodeling some of the 3D assets to changing large parts of the code. This update should improve your fps.

Settings menu improvements. The settings menu has received a major overhaul. It is now divided into different tabs (Game, Display, Sound, Controls). The two major ones are Display and Controls.

• In the display menu you have now the possibility to set your fps, change your resolution and overall graphics settings.

• In the controls settings you can now change the size of the crosshair (for keyboard and mouse) and I have added the possibility to remap keys to whatever you want, both for keyboard and mouse and for the controller.

Fixed some visual glitches for the Clipper and the Can ships.

Added an extra iFrame to the jump ability.

Removed debuff from the turret and healing beacon cards.

Fixed an issue of cards losing focus. For gamepad players: when choosing the first card from a 5-cards deck, the selection focus would be lost and you could get stuck in this menu. That is now fixed. 

Cornered card. Changed 35% enemy damage to 25% and lowered the activation time from 150s to 80s.

Double trouble card. Lowered activation time from 180s to 60s.

Elemental overcharge card. Lowered activation time from 150s to 80s.

Glassware card. Lowered activation time from 45s to 10s.

Scoring system change. All grading objectives from the final menu used to have different weights that influenced the final score. For example, the amount of enemies killed was more important than the amount of buildings destroyed. Now all objectives weigh equally for the final grade. It makes it a bit easier to get a higher grade, but makes it more difficult to get a perfect A. It means you have to score perfect for all the objectives.   

Enemy wave fix. Fixed an issue with enemy waves on the highest difficulty.

Challenges list fix. Fixed an issue with the challenges list I thought was fixed. Due to a logical operation between the second and third wave, you could have received the same challenge. The same challenge should not appear twice in a row.
