Not that sold on the Killer power myself. You draw comparisons between Hag/Huntress, but it seems more obvious to me that it's a slightly altered Nurse, and I actually think it'd be far too similar to the Nurse to really be unique. (as a YT commentor seems to have pointed out)
The only thing I can really do, then, is see if I can try and design an alternative that goes along with the theme.
Haunted Plushies: The Mascot starts with 3 Lucky Lemming Dolls in his inventory, and can refill by in The Basement. The Mascot can only have 3 Dolls active at once- If he uses more, the others are deactivated. The Mascot can see active Dolls' auras, is notified when they attack Survivors, and can pick them back up after they have been deployed. The Mascot can hold M2 to put part of his soul into a Doll and throw it at Survivors or objects to inflict negative effects, listed here:
-Survivors: Causes the Survivor to briefly struggle with the Doll. The Survivor can continue moving during this time as normal, but cannot perform any interactions (eg. dropping pallets) The Survivor must succeed a Skillcheck to get the Doll off them at which point they return to normal.
-Pallets: If a Survivor attempts to run through or drop the Pallet, they will be attacked by a Doll instead, which has hidden within the Pallet itself.
-Lockers: If a Survivor attempts to open the Locker, they will be attacked by a Doll hiding within the Locker.
-Generators: The Doll breaks the Generator for you, regressing it as if you had attacked it yourself.
-Hooks: The Doll hides atop the Hook and will attack Survivors who come near it. As the Doll fears The Entity, it cannot perch atop the Basement Hooks or Hooks currently hosting a Survivor.
Survivors surprised by a Doll hidden in an object will immediately advance to the Injured state, as well as lock them in place while they fight the Doll off, while Survivors attacked directly by The Mascot using them will have to fail a Skillcheck before advancing to the Injured state. After a Survivor has fought a Doll off, it falls off within a roughly 6 meter range, and is briefly stunned- During this period, a Survivor can interact with the Doll to crush and destroy it. If the Doll is not destroyed, it will search for the nearest place to hide itself (or rejoin The Mascot if he is close). The same process will happen if The Mascot misses a throw and a Doll lands on the ground.
Essentially, you have minions. That's the best thing I could come up with regarding a power that's both a creepypasta trope and relatively unique, though it's probably a fairly poorly designed Killer power as I came up with it in only a few minutes.
And if we still REALLY want to keep the Mascot's head coming off for the Abandoned By Disney reference, I think it'd fit a lot better as his Mori anyway.
