We did see Singularity on day 1 of the Anniversary. Then they brought back Wesker from his bug removal, and voila, all diversity of killers ended.

You see the survivor more often because of made for this that perk is extremly op and unfair.
If you try to set up, you lose 2-3 generators. If you try to use your power in chase, you waste time and are easily countered. If you want to win consistently, you need to play in the most boring way possible and patrol a 3 gen for 35+ minutes.
