MY AURELIC CELL GONE

I buy a aurelic cell for the first time it's doesnt appear...... and i relog again to my game... when i enter the store the aurelic cell apear and when do a game play and back to store again the aurelic cell is gone.... what happen?

try to get in and out on store page... the aurelic cell gonna appear but you cannot buy anything with that...... it's say error or something like that
