DBD Support is TRASH

So, I submitted a request literally a month ago (or more) because the game bugged out (how could it not?) and I tried buying 150k bloodpoints for shards... but the game messed up, and it took my shards without giving the bloodpoints back.

After some time submitting the request, they say 'we havent forgotten about you!'
Of course, me thinking they would reply soon, lol no.

But now it's been a month, and they STILL haven't replied back, I even sent them a VIDEO RECORDING, which is undeniable evidence. But they don't care, if its about currency, they will simply shrug it off, just like Rockstar Support.

Honestly, can we just cancel BHVR lmao they are so bad at everything. It physically hurts. 2000 shards isnt something to shrug off, I use up my time to get them lol.

Not really, I don't care that much about shards, bloodpoints are better tbh so, it depends on the person.

i got to be honest im kinda surprised this hasnt been locked by a mod yet along with their always helpful C&P post about using the official forums for support, ya know just to rub salt in your wounds

Same here, 2 reports with video proof of hacking with complete details but no response from support team at all, only automated message. They didn't even view my videos, view count still the same where I leave them

150k bloodpoints is easily earned in about 3 killer games, or 6 survivor matches during the bloodhunt.
That's just 1-2 hours of playtime.

Stepping back, remember that this game just costs a one-time $10-20 to start playing. I wouldn't expect their support service to help with everything.
Even if DBD support owes it to u to fix the bug, I'd say it's not worth the trouble of pursuing this. Just play.

I suggest not using shards for bloodpoints tbh. It's more worth it to buy characters/perks/cosmetics.

I don't understand why this forum and the official forum can't coexist as a place to report issues with the game, even if the devs don't look here. Yeah because they don't look here they can't help but who cares? Sometimes other players can help. It's just annoying and suppresses discussion.

It's not like there are more important discussion happening on this forum...just the 5000th thread about why NOED should be removed from the game or the millionth blogpost about why survivors are toxic subhuman scum and SWF should be removed from the game.

Please post this issue in the official forums so they can ignore you there as well or answer telling you to send another ticket so they can ignore.

As advised in the first post to you, there's currently a delay with responding on tickets due to a massive increase in volume of tickets - your ticket will get replied to but it's taking longer than normal I'm afraid.

Sending more tickets will not help as it will just make the process take longer - so please be patient and your ticket will get answered.
