I played dbd on console through game pass, if I buy gamepass on pc and play dbd will my progress (level, bp, etc) be kept or do I have to start from scratch? Can anyone tell me?

Windows Store share the same ID for xbox and pc.
It's suppose to be the same game pass, you should be able to test it.
But the answers should be yes.

Some require a link account and sync.
Steam allow only the sharing progress with Stadia.
Stadia allow only the sharing progress with Steam.

For now :
Epic can't be linked.
Sony can't be linked

There is no cross progression from consoles to PC. If you play on Xbox you cannot cross progress your account to the Microsoft Store version of the game via Gamepass (or any other means).

Oh there she is while people are literally selling content on her forum.[Edit:] Also ignoring obvious country race/political bait being posted by others as I type this. Makes sense.

It is correct though, no cross progression at all. Just crossplay
