Getting Banned for Custom Icons

I just got banned yesterday for using custom Icons, I'm not a cheater on DBD, Been playing since the legacy came out, and now I just got banned from the anti cheat system robot for using custom icons. The question is I don't know how long I'm banned for lol.

Pretty sure EAC bans are permanent unless the devs get involved.
Also pretty sure the devs' position is "if you trip EAC we don't get involved"

EAC bans are permanent and the devs will not help you. Looks like ya gotta start a new account.

Well ♥♥♥♥, thats ♥♥♥♥♥♥, like I legit did nothing, just wanted to look at Neon Icons instead of the standard ♥♥♥♥♥♥ once lol... Like Legit I even stream this game and this just happened to me yesterday...

You can still send a ticket to EAC explaining you just modified icons that won't give you any in game advantage. Show proof of the modified items and link where you get the files from. Maybe they read your ticket https://www.easy.ac/en-us/support/game/contact/appeal/

I do have my alt account with a ♥♥♥♥ load if stuff, So I guess I'll just stream from their... Just sucks I lost all my Charms and stuff

Since you're a streamer you probably have a ton of video evidence that you not doing anything illegal, so also link them some of your vods
