skins and Charms lost after update

Hi, ist just installed the newest update. played the Tutorial for fun. And now all my Chars setting seems resettet. Level, perks and items still there, but skins and charms are gone (only the basic skins still there).

Did someone had same problem? What could i do? I already restartet the game few times.

Your items should all be there, just unequipped I'm afraid. Restarting won't help, the only solution is to re-equip them onto your characters.

Doing the tutorial unequips anything you had equipped on every characther.

yeah, after the turorial all chars are unequipped, but all my purchased and gained skins ( prestige) arent there to equip. i can only equip the few basic skins

my skins are still missing. i purchased for example the charity skins years ago. all gone. prestige skins arent there anymore too. i opened a ticket at the official dbd support, hope they can help.

I was lucky because I didn't lose anything that I gained from the few levels I climbed from the 80 suitcase dlcs cosmetics slit and the bloodstained sack headcase and the adam's coat from the lunar event etc. I didn't lose anything keyring nothing all ta la hallelujah kkkkkkk
