The hatch doesn't open2

On the "sawmill" map, a hatch appeared near the killer's hut. I had a key(red) to open it. In the key, there were no improvements that could cause it to be used up. No matter how much I ran around the hatch, it wouldn't open...the inscription "open the hatch"did not appear. The killer didn't have the "death of Franklitz" ability, so he couldn't knock the object out of my hands

I've had a similar experience. I had a red key and tried to open the hatch. the trigger option was weird. i had to find it by walking about the hatch 2-3 times before i was able to enable it.

For some reason, the moderator moved this topic from the "errors" section to the "general discussions" section. Next time I won't even write if I find any bug...I created this topic not for intimate conversations, but in order for lazy developers to eliminate the problem in the game

I had the same thing happen to me and my teammate got pissy with me when I tried to explain it wouldn't let me open it.
