Does Cross Progression Exist Yet?

I have seen somethings from last year saying it did but couldn't get a solid answer. I play on Xbox and would like to switch to playing P.C. but I don't want to lose literal years of progress I've Already made.

Yes, I believe if you link your accounts to BHVR they share progress. I haven't done it tho, so I can't explain how.

Edit: Here, just googled quick. Was under the impression more accounts were covered in it, maybe it needs updating on page, I dunno.

Only works between Stadia and Steam, they plan on adding Xbox, Playstation, and Switch at a later date.

Stadia, Steam & Switch are confirmed for Cross Progression, whilst we would like to add other platforms to that, we are unable to confirm whether this will be added in future...it's something that we know is desired by the Community but there's no definite yes answer I'm afraid.

will outfits i have on Switch carry over to Steam? Will my player levels merge like I have devotion 17 and 43 levels but on Switch I have level 48. Would it make it 17 devotion and 91 levels? Same with iri shards will those merge as well?
