Where I can send a ticket to report some toxic survivors?
Since I didn't pick up DBD from 2018, can you provide a link to forum or tell me where I can send my report with proofs?

Heh. Define "toxic".

All the info you need is in game, under help or support or whatever.

Define toxic. Most of the behavior someone would define as toxic isn't bannable.

Then yes, that is reportable. If you google Dead by Daylight Support that should be the first link available.

You can send a report for literally anything you want. But odds are, it will just be tossed. There are very few actual things players can do that will cause action to be taken by the devs. As far as post game chat insults go, I believe it would need to be an actual threat on you as a person for the report to actually get any action taken from it.

Please make sure to have also reported in game - these reports are mandatory in all cases. KatGlow has kindly put the support address for the additional information.

Insults in end game chat is not reportable. Never has been. It's only reportable on forums.

Unless you have a screen shot or video of them dropping racial slurs or threatening your life, it means jack, and ♥♥♥♥. And jack just left town.

Just do as i did once

Block then report useing the ingame tools after the match and if it was in the lobby just block and report after the game is over.

Dont let those that think they can say anything get away with it.

Ofc, if it on the level that u save a screenshot of the text then go via the forum

harden up geesh. Who cares what they say at end game chat? IGNORE IT, it's just a game and mostly drivel. Now everyone can see you sooking about it on a public forum. To me that's worse.

yeah from killers and survivors, just say gg and click continue. Simple isn't it. Doesn't matter what game it is, all the same BS, Don't let it bother you click next move onto the next one and have fun.

While it's good advice, it also doesn't work for everyone. People deal with these situations in different ways. The way you went about it prior with telling someone to harden up and to stop sooking about it are why most people don't like expressing emotions, you should be more considerate.
