Block then report useing the ingame tools after the match and if it was in the lobby just block and report after the game is over.

While it's good advice, it also doesn't work for everyone. People deal with these situations in different ways. The way you went about it prior with telling someone to harden up and to stop sooking about it are why most people don't like expressing emotions, you should be more considerate.
