How to check Which Server i'm connected with and what's my Ping?

is there any way to check how many servers in the game like Asia,Europe,North America,KRJP and server selection options, what's my current ping in the game ?

Press Escape when you are in a match and you will see the other players pings also (not killers if you are playing as a survivor), you will see your own ping in the lobby.

Is there a reason why survivors can´t see the killers ping?
Wouldn´t it benefit all, if everyone could see everyones ping?
Because people get really "wild", when they experience hitbox issues.
