Is it possible to refund a purchase of oric cells If I still havent spent them?

I bought some oric cells and I still havent used them yet. Is it possible to get a return on these?

In Game purchases are not refundable I'm afraid.

It literally says when you buy them they are not refundable and also very normal for in game currency.
