PLEASE; I NEED HELP

When I try to start the game I get "DeadByDaylight-Win64-Shipping.exe -Application error" that says "It's impossible to start correctly te application (0xc000007b)". Then I get a message from Easy Anti-Cheat that says: "Untrusted system file (C:/Windows/System32/normaliz.dll). What can I do?

With the game off, try deleting all EasyAntiCheat folders:

C:\Users\UserNameGoesHere\AppData\Roaming\EasyAntiCheat
C:\Program Files (x86)\EasyAntiCheat
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Dead by Daylight\EasyAntiCheat

Then verify DBD game files and then try starting the game.

Have you tried repairing the required Visual C++ packages and DirectX?

To make sure your DirectX is updated go here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Steamworks Shared\_CommonRedist\DirectX\Jun2010

Run DXSETUP.exe and it will check your DirectX files and update any that are corrupted or missing.

Next for the required C++ redists go here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Steamworks Shared\_CommonRedist\vcredist

First go into the 2010 folder and run vcredist_x86.exe and choose repair option once it is finished do the same thing for vcredist_x64.exe.

Next back out of 2010 and go into 2013 folder and do the same thing, run vcredist_x86.exe and then vcredist_x64.exe.

This game also uses 2015, 2017 and 2019 but recently Microsoft merged them into one package so you have to get the files from Microsoft and they can be found here:

Scroll down a little to the Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019 section and download these two files:

vc_redist.x86.exe
vc_redist.x64.exe

Just like you did with 2010 and 2013 you need to run those one at a time choosing the repair option if it is available, if not choose install.

Reboot system and try playing.

Nothing changed, I still get the same error ( EAC CLIENT CANNOT BE INSTANTIATED)...

I did everything you said but nothing changed. Wtf do I gotta do to play this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game?!
