To get this charm all you have to do is to insert the Konami code in the main menu (where you can choose to play as survivor or as killer), you have to enter "W, W, S, S, A, D, A, D, Right click on your mouse, Left click on your mouse, ENTER", if done correctly you will hear the DBD theme in 8-bit style and you will get this charm, as far as I know it only works if you have Pyramid head as selected killer in the main menu (and possibly Cheryl has to be sitting on the bench next to the campfire), if you don't get it restart your game since apparently you have to do it on first try or it gets a bit buggy

Update: It might also be a charm you can always obtain as long as you have Pyramid Head but be aware of the fact that it's always a good idea to get a screenshot of it,if you do obtain it, you never know if for some reason the game bugs and it gets removed from your inventory, so always have proof that you got it (It's unlikely this bug will ever happen but in the past something similiar happened with legacy etc...)

This whole thing doesn't apply if the charm can always be obtained as long as you have Pyramid Head and it's not tied to the main menu.

It's not Secret at best, but then again, it's a free charm and people should know about it if they care about charms and looks, it's exclusive if you buy the Pyramid Head DLC (and if it's not tied to the Main Menu, you can always get it)

You don't necessarily need to have Pyramid Head selected, I did it by selecting Heather in a survivor menu. In other words, it works with either of those characters selected. Tho I thought it was just a cool easter egg at first and when I noticed a new charm I was super confused lol.

It's safe to say that they never did something like this before (people looked in the game files), the only thing that comes close to this was the golden toolbox, but the golden toolbox is just an easter egg in each map, which is just a meme at this point
