Anyway to know which teachable perks I've unlocked?

I don't remember if I have unlocked a teachable perk of a specific killer. Is there any way to check them in the game?

Select a killer and press F1 to view information about them, teachable perks included. You'll see a check mark near the perks that you've already unlocked.

what if i got it from the shrine, from a character i do not have

when you press F1 and open the character bios menu there are arrows to the left and right that allow you to look at all the characters, including ones you do not have. Just cycle through until you find the character you are looking for.

but with the new system of unlocking teachables it now says get everyone to prestige 3 even if i have got the teachables from the old system

Yes, how do you know if you still have the teachables from the old system? Or did they wipe that.. I am looking at teachables on a character pane screen but it does not tell me if I have their teachable perk or what level (just that I don't have it, and I am trying to figure out if I bought Off The Record from the Shrine of Secrets or not previously).
