Everytime i opne DBD i see this error failed to open descriptor file ../../../deadbydaylight/deadbydaylight.unproject

Already done, I also reinstalled the game, reinstalled easy anti cheat, reinstalled C ++ and updated but nothing

try installing the game onto disk C. That's what I found after some quick research, who knows if it really works though.

There seems to be a couple of issues going on here - taking the last issue first, because I think that one will solve the first.

Is Steam installed on your main hard drive in your PC? Usually this error occurs when Steam is installed on a secondary drive, for example D then when you try to create a new folder within Steam you get the "read only" error message. One way to fix this is to reinstall Steam and install it to the C drive. Some people have also had success when opening Steam as an administrator.
