Game is extremely dark on an HDR monitor and my display stays dark after quitting
Like the title says, whenever I start the game my display gets very dim and stays that way even after quitting until I restart my PC or reset the graphics drivers. Is there any known fix for this?

Monitor model? Do you turn HDR on in windows? Did you use Windows HDR Calibration tool? HDR works great, unless your monitor does not support it properly and truly, ( ie: hdr600 or better with FALD, or a OLED) and you really want to run the calibration tool.

I found out that my monitor lowered its brightness to minimum for SDR mode after a firmware update. It still didn't fix the monitor staying in SDR mode after quitting the game, which is still only fixed by restarting or resetting the drivers.
