What is mega.pages?

I've been trying to find out what virtualtextures\maps\modules\palettes\mega_blessed\mega.pages is, but I can't find an answer. It's 6.4GB, and this community post says that you can remove it, but I don't know if that's true, and is it for the multiplayer or the snapmap? Does anyone know what this file is?

Textures file for SnapMap. If you're not planning to use SnapMap, you should be able to delete it.
