You need to go and update to latest drivers. That solved for 950 for me.

For some people who got bad performance after the patch, in either API, seemed to be able to fix it by rebooting the computer.
(Also read all the patch notes as some cards under certain conditions don't currently work)

The patch notes say 770 2GB, Win 7 won't run. Says nothing about 750 (either variant), Windows 10 (32 or 64-bit). Clearly, a lot more cards than the 770 aren't working here.

Those aren't even the latest Nvidia drivers listed there.

I crashed by pressing F12 to take a screenshot. Vulkan was working nice though.

Yeah, in the patch notes it says on AMD GPUs taking a screen shot currently crashes it.

It doesn't work coz 2gb nvidia cards ain't supported on win 7.

I'm getting CTD's at the Id Tech splash screen w/ Vulkan AVI and the latest Nvidia drivers with a gtx 970m. No crashlogs. Had to switch back to OpenGL in the .ini files.

I just test it under VULKAN AMD 290X windows 10 i7 3770k when i try take screenshot i crashed had hardreset my PC.

My FPS btw increased alot so that works:)
