I bought mine for 40$ off of g-2-a (it's censored) and got an instant delivery. I paid extra for the g 2 a shield as well since I was saving 20 bucks.

-even the abreviations are censored, lul wat.

It was my very first time using resellers and I had success with it, no idea about Instant Gaming though.

Steam doesnt want people to know that their prices are a rip off. Along with their "authorised" sellers like Green Man Gaming. :P

But yea, most of those sites are ok. Just pay using Paypal then it's secure and easy to get your money back if something does go wrong. Personaly I've never had issues and I've used various ones (whichever was cheapest at the time).

If you use a grey marked vendor there is always a risk involved that you keys get revoked.
Most notably if it turns out that the keys were stolen in the first place.

What I don't know is how hard it is to get your money back in that case but that may also depend on the vendor in question.

As a side note:
Ethically it is almost always questionable when games are significantly cheaper on those sites.
That usually means that you are undermining the system that poor regions in the world get the game cheaper than rich regions.

If you have to buy insurance for your key that should tell you everything you need to know about the "business" you're dealing with.

Go for IG, never had any issue with them

What I can tell you is that if it's legitimate it will still take some time until the money is back on your account so the 5 business days are no joke.
Don't be surprised that the money is not back instantly, it has probably not even yet arrived at their end.

Publishers send keys to verified resellers. The publisher sets the price. Thats why every major reseller has around the same price. Sites that you're talking about are not verified resellers and therefore do not receive their keys from the publisher and are not bound to sell their keys in a set price.

They get their keys from various other sources such as:
stolen credit cards
stolen keys
promo keys
review keys
giveaway keys
tax avoidance

What they do is "legit" as long as they dont suffer a major ♥♥♥♥ up.

You should add the above mentioned keys from poor regions to your list.
I would even wager those are the lion share since they are easiest to come by.

A lot of those are regionlocked nowadays. Due to it.
