Siphon grenade ???? How to throw ????

Mad AF about the fact that the game doesn't tell me how to throw siphon grenades. It didn't tell me how to throw grenades either, but I figured that out by spamming buttons. Siphon grenades however, no idea how to.

And alter them if need be. (got equipment switching set to my side mouse buttons, much easier to reach than F1 and F2)
