But maybe it wont even start with integratet graphicscard, then there is no other way to get a new pc, for newer games.
What GPU ?
You need a dedicated GPU "Graphics Processing Unit". There is no way you can even start a game as demanding as DOOM with just the integrated graphics on the intel CPU.
The Geeks at Best Buy take advantage of people who don't know better all the time.
If you want to play any modern game, your only option is to get a computer that has a GPU that is intended for gaming purposes.
mouse pads are awesome
Company is unethical as ♥♥♥♥. They aren't alone though even the smaller "local places" in many communities tend to "bend people over". And that's just talking the legal scams, there's a plethora of illegal ones targeting people that don't know better like the "Window's phone call".
You need a better computer, not just a graphic card... Cheap "prebuilt" computers are too low power for gaming... They are designed to do desk jobs, not hardware intensive gaming... The motherboard do allow you to add a graphic card, but it's too "weak" to proprely use it... It's performance will bottleneck any good video card you throw at it...Your power-supply will surely be too low (most probably around the 350-400 watt, as standard by Dell's design...) as well...
You can build yourself a decent gaming computer for something around 600$ if you don't go too crazy...
I'm pretty sure there are still some used 3rd gen core i7 gaming rigs you could get for a decent price...

GTX 765M
16 GB RAM
I'm not looking for anything crazy or anything, as long as I can hit a stable framerate.
