Where/how do I find what version Doom is currently?

I guess you can use the info in the console as a version number.

Also the build number is listed on SteamDB. They have a new build that's being tested by their QA department that just got updated a few minutes ago. (scroll down to branches)

Actually found the version number. Its 6.1.1.
