Blow 3, then kill all the demons. Then blow the 4th.
I actually trigger this bug intentionally to see how quickly I can blow up all 4. So far I have it where I can get three rockets in the air by the time I'm moving to the fourth. (Shoot at bottom one from powerjump, fire another shot at other side, air detonate both rockets and blow 2, keep running along the wall to shoot straight, then turn left and shoot the last one on the opposite side of the room.)
If you are on an Ultra-Nightmare run, either you cheese your way out via bypassing the lockdown by Gauss jump (that's where the speedrun videos help you) or force close Doom with Alt f4 and your run will be started from the beginning of Vega Central Processing.
