Level 2, how to get the armour pickup (check pic)?

I've done one playthrough, going through again, but can't remember getting this. I assume you grab the ledge and jump over, but I can't, I just keep falling and don't grab it.

Go back out to the open catwalk and look for a control panal next to the door. When you hit it, those elivators will stop and you can climb them, allowing you to cross a boon and jump to the balcony

If thats the room with the chainsaw, theres a console with a button on it outside, it lowers a scaffold that you grab onto, leads to that armor.
edit: or maybe that button stops the crates from going up and down.

Already restarted mission because I thought that it was broken, it really looks like you can grab those ledges.

But this worked so thanks, that button is hidden pretty well.
