Thanks, I wondered about this myself.
edit ah u can copy ur savegames to backup it if u want to. goto %userprofile%\saved games\id software\doom\base\
there ull find a folder named with savegame.user. copy this folder to keep ur savegames (all 3 slots) but remember if u ever copy this folder back into the base folder of doom, backup the existing one or all new progress is lost ;)
With a completed UV run, there is really no point in keeping a save on I'm Too Young To Die, or HMP.
When I pay Doom Eternal shows 3 slots but the save directory only has "DOOMEternalConfig.cfg" and "DOOMEternalConfig.local" which are configuration data.
Save Game Slots are in "\Steam\userdata\72017960\782330\remote"
