DOOM
(SPOILERS AHEAD) I Am Vega Coolant Room issue
As per the title, this thread will contain story spoilers towards the end of the game. PROCCED AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I don't know if anyone else is having this issue, but when in the I Am Vega mission, during the part where you have to destroy all 4 coolent tanks, I can't seem to procced. All demons are dead, or isn't spawning another wave, and all 4 tanks are currently destroyed. I see the exit where I am suposed to go to proceed, but the path is still blocked with the force field, and I can't seem to find away to disable it.

I have yet to test reloading a checkpoint, but I am hesitant to because of two things:
1: I'd prefer not grinding throug that fight again, and 2: I don't know if it will happen again.

In the room with the final tank, there is a door with the exit stage button.

The one that is clearly not the end of the level.

I had that problem, i had to restart from the check point. I guess there was a demon left i couldn't kill. So i just ran thorugh as fast as i could destroyed all four tanks, than bfged the demons took two minutes. Then i could progress.
same problem here. the forcefield still here and all demon are dead.
I'll try to reload checkpoint
Done.
the 1st try i destroyed the last tanks after killd all demon
2nd i just ran to destroy all of them first and kill everyone and it's ok

Someone said the room bugged it out after he used the berserker powerup.
Did that today (September 10th 2016) and had to do it again because all 4 coolants destroyed and all demons killed but the music is still on and no exit possible. So 4 months laters the bug is not fixed...

I ran into this issue the first time I played, and decided to check it out today (sep 14 2016) The issue is still there. I think it has to do with triggers. When I first played the game, I knew every time I blew up a tube, more demons would show up, so I found a path to blow them all up really quickly then BFG the whole room. After about 5 minutes of standing around, I figured I skipped a trigger. The fix I found is to let the triggers function properly. Blow up 3, save the 4th, kill all the demons, blow the 4th.

Really killed the flow of the game.

i recall that happening, but don't remember how i got the sheald to drop, but i was locked out for the longest time. tried the bfg thing that didn't help, i could hear a demon somewhere and he fired at me afew times but i never found him. i tried the blow all 4 fast and i think thats where i went wrong, it was the 1st time i had done that. i saved my last play-thru i'll try again, and see

it happens if you kill the demons too quickly. i've heard that this can cause them to spawn in the pillars and walls, which obviously prevents you from proceeding. there is a way to get out of the room even if it's locked out. if you use the in-flight mobility ruin, it's possible to vault over the side of the laser grid door by double jumping off the jump pad to the left of it. it's difficult to do, but i've had to do it a few times, and it lets you proceed. it's a really annoying bug that's been brought up a lot on the forums, and for whatever reason bethesda doesn't feel like addressing it.

well it went thru without a hitch there was no other switch to turn on, just blow the 4 cylinder, and done, the shield drops press the up button jump on the train and on to the next room.

Thanks for this! It was the only way for me to progress! It is really annoying that this bug hasn't been fixed, such a disruption to the flow of the game.

Confirmed that with the in-flight mobility rune, you can use blue jump pad to get onto the lip in front of the forcefield, then double jump and climb over the forcefield. Music still plays, but the next checkpoint is right there, so it's no big deal.

best way is destroy the first tank and kill all spawning demons, then destroy the second tanks and kill all spawning demons and so on... i never ever had a problem with this usual method

It happened to me when there was still a daemon up a wall somewhere, not doing anything. The daemon would not attack, therefore it was difficult to spot. The easy way to spot it is to drop an holographic grenade in a few different places; if there is line of sight to the daemon from there, the hologram will shot at it. Once the "frozen" daemon is killed, the way opens.
