[Walkthrough question] How to get automap in Advanced Research Complex?

Hello. I can't get automap in Advanced Research Complex. Just after beating Mancubus and unlocking area in security room, there's another one with automap inside. It has a glowing panel near the door, however, it's not interactable. How can I get there?

Slightly before that hallway there's a couple bathrooms. In one of the bathrooms you have to jump off of the counter up through a vent in the ceiling.
